Iowa Claims Win Over Nebraska In Inaugural Combine Clash

On Sunday, February 10th, 2013 inside of Carver Hawkeye Arena the Iowa Middle School State Champions took center stage against their peers from Nebraska. It was an unique experience for the young wrestlers from both states to be able to showcase their talents on wrestling biggest stage. Iowa was able to win 17 of 18 matches in a 74-3 dual meet win. Next year the Combine Clash will take place in Lincoln, NE with the date still to be determined and dependent on the date of next year's dual meet between University Of Iowa and Nebraska University.
