This is a national level Freestyle tournament which means some of the best female wrestlers in the country will be there. Some experience is recommended. If you are practicing regularly, competed in the Iowa/USA State, Folkstyle National tournaments, and/or against boys locally, you should be prepared to compete at this tournament.
